Firstly, the colours are very striking. I really like how the details fade from the character into the background. The watercoloury feel of the flowers is particularily nice The details and flow of her clothing is very intricate and lovely.

The dragon fly looks great and has lovely contrast against the character. I really like how you drew the wings.

This piece has a great composition and has lovely elements which are repeated and help tie the piece together. I would have liked to see more flowers, or a more comprehensive background to this piece but it does stand without it. Also, as mentioned in the previous critique, her figure is quite boxy. I do think its your personal style, and also works well as a contrast against the flowy shapes of the skirt, but it is something I would remain mindful of for future artwork.

I saw this when I was looking at my updates and the first thing I thought was that it was beautiful. And I still think that.

The next thing I saw was the relationship between the colors, which I love even more, especially the relationship you used to bring them together - the bottom and then the head piece. The colors contrast just enough that you are drawn to them, but they do not contrast too much, so it is a pleasant aesthetic.

I especially love the draw that the dragonfly causes, because the center of your attention goes ,well, off-center to the girl, but something that I saw which creates a sort of awkwardness for me is the fact that the dragonfly's body is completely vertical while the rest of the elements in the picture are slightly diagonal.

But the unease of this is ratified when the relationship of the body of the dragonfly and the head of the girl is brought into perspective - they are both vertical so it ties them together, such as the colors between the hair of the girl and the coloring of the body and wings of the dragonfly since this seems to be the more subtle aspect of the art piece.

The shape of the bottom flower interests me as well, since it seems that the shape itself resembles that of fabric, even to the point that it looks as though it were a dress. That tied to the dragonfly and the flower headpiece makes me think that the girl is wearing nature, sort of as though she were embracing it more that the normal human would care to.

The message I get from this is that human and nature should be more in tune than they currently are.

Of course then again, I could be totally wrong and you have a completely different message, but this is what I infer from the piece.
